Delete your RingJini account

Deleting your account removes everything RingJini keeps about you and your calls. It can't be undone.

First, switch forwarding off

Deleting the account does not change your network's forwarding settings. In the app, open Settings › Undo setup and dial the codes it shows (##61#, ##67# and ##62# on most networks). Otherwise your network keeps forwarding unanswered calls to a number that no longer answers for you.

In the app

Settings › Delete account, then confirm. Your account, your line, your rules, your business details, every call, transcript and summary, and your notification tokens are deleted.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to privacy@ringjini.com from the email you gave us, with the mobile number you set up. We'll confirm it's you by sending a code to that number, then delete the account and tell you when it's done.

What's deleted, and what isn't

  • Deleted: your account, line, rules, business details, calls, transcripts, summaries, feedback, device tokens, and your beta sign-up.
  • Kept for a short time: server logs, which hold no transcripts and no full phone numbers, until they roll off.
  • Kept where the law requires: records we must keep for tax or legal reasons, if any apply to a paid plan. During the beta, none do.

To delete some calls but keep your account, open a call and delete it, or use “Delete all calls” at the bottom of the Calls screen.
