Patients get answers. You get fewer interruptions between consults.
Timings, the address, whether you're in today: the same questions, forty times a day, on your personal number. RingJini answers them from your clinic's details, takes the rest as messages, and puts an emergency through at once.
What's wrong with answering everything
The same five questions
Are you open on Saturday? Where exactly is the clinic? Do you see children? Each one is a consult interrupted.
Some calls can't wait
A patient in trouble, a hospital, a colleague about a referral. Those must ring, whatever else is going on.
Pharma reps, insurers, loans
They all have the number too, and they all call in clinic hours.
The rules you'd write
Type them as you'd say them. RingJini shows you how it understood each one before it saves it.
- Patients asking about timings, the address or appointments: answer from my clinic's details
- Hospitals and other doctors: always put through
- Anything that sounds like an emergency: ring me at once
- Pharma representatives: take a message
- Never: loans, insurance, credit cards
What happens when they call
| The caller says | RingJini | You see |
|---|---|---|
| “Is the doctor available on Saturday morning? And where is the clinic?” | Answers from your clinic's details and takes the patient's name and when to call back. | Lead saved A lead: new patient, Saturday morning. |
| “This is the ICU at City Hospital about your patient admitted last night.” | A hospital: puts the call through. | Put through Your phone rings with the reason on screen. |
| “My father has chest pain and the doctor saw him last week, please…” | Treats it as urgent: puts the call through at once, and rings again if you miss it. | Put through as urgent Your phone rings straight away. |
| “Calling from a pharma company with our new range for your clinic.” | Takes a message. | A message, read when you have a moment. |
Your front desk, from a short description of your business
Your name, what you do, the areas, the hours, and the questions people ask with the answers you want given. RingJini answers from that, and only that.
What callers get answered
- What are the timings? From your details: the days and hours you set.
- Where is the clinic? From your details: the address and a landmark.
- What does a consultation cost? Only if you choose to share it.
- Is this a serious symptom? Never answered. RingJini gives no medical advice; it puts an emergency through and takes a message otherwise.

What people in your position ask
Will it give medical advice?
No. It answers only what's in your clinic's details (timings, address, what you do) and takes everything else as a message. Anything that sounds like an emergency is put through to you at once.
Will patients accept an AI answering?
It says it's the clinic's AI assistant and that the call is transcribed, answers the common questions in seconds, and never leaves anyone on hold. Most patients just want to know the timings.
What about my patients' privacy?
Transcripts stay in your app until you delete them, and the privacy notice says exactly who processes a call and how. Please read it with your clinic's obligations in mind before switching RingJini on for patient calls.
