Clients and prospects get through. Pitches don't.
One number for everything, and every unknown call is either a prospect worth thousands or a loan pitch worth nothing. RingJini finds out which, answers the first from your details, and saves the lead.
What's wrong with answering everything
You are the front desk
There's no one else to take the call, and the call interrupts the work the call is about.
Prospects don't leave voicemail
They call the next name on the list. Missed calls are missed projects.
The pitches never stop
Loans for your business, cards, co-working desks, an SEO package. Every one takes a minute.
The rules you'd write
Type them as you'd say them. RingJini shows you how it understood each one before it saves it.
- New prospects: answer from my details, take what they need, the budget and when to call back
- Current clients: always put through
- Payments and invoices: put through
- During focus hours (10 to 1): take messages
- Never: loans, credit cards, SEO and marketing pitches

Your front desk, from a short description of your business
Your name, what you do, the areas, the hours, and the questions people ask with the answers you want given. RingJini answers from that, and only that.

What people in your position ask
Can it answer questions about my work?
Only what you put in your details: what you do, your starting range, where you work from. For anything else it takes the question and says you'll confirm.
What if a prospect wants to talk now?
If the call fits your rules, RingJini rings you, says who it is and why, and connects them. If you can't pick up, it takes a message.
Can I use it without the business part?
Yes. Leave “answer as your business” off and RingJini answers as your personal assistant, with your rules.
