The rules you'd write
Type them as you'd say them. RingJini shows you how it understood each one before it saves it.
- Customers: answer from my details, take the job, the area and when to call back
- Jobs booked for today: always put through
- After 8 pm: take messages, ring me only if it's urgent
- Never: loans, credit cards, listing sites

Your name, what you do, the areas, the hours, and the questions people ask with the answers you want given. RingJini answers from that, and only that.

What people in your position ask
Does it book the job?
It takes the job, the area and when the customer wants to hear from you, and saves it as a lead. You confirm the time when you call back. It doesn't promise a slot on your behalf.
What about customers calling in Marathi?
English, Hindi and Hinglish today. Marathi is on the list.
What if I don't want it answering in the evening?
Write the rule: “After 8 pm, take messages.” Or pause screening until tomorrow from the Calls screen.
