Parents' enquiries answered, even while you're teaching.
Enquiries come in the evening, which is exactly when you teach. RingJini answers as your class, tells parents the subjects, batches and fees you've chosen to share, and saves each enquiry for when the lesson ends.
What's wrong with answering everything
Enquiries come during class
You can't stop a lesson to take a call, and the parent who gets voicemail calls the next tutor.
The same questions, every time
Which classes, which board, what time, how much. Answered a hundred times, by you.
Current students' parents must get through
A child unwell, a pickup change, a doubt before the exam. Those calls can't wait for the batch to end.
The rules you'd write
Type them as you'd say them. RingJini shows you how it understood each one before it saves it.
- New enquiries: answer from my class's details and take the student's class, subject and when to call back
- Parents of current students: always put through
- During batches (5 to 9 pm): take messages unless it's urgent
- Never: loans, credit cards, ed-tech sales calls
What happens when they call
| The caller says | RingJini | You see |
|---|---|---|
| “Do you take Class 10 maths, CBSE? What are the timings and fees?” | Answers from your details, then takes the student's name and when to call back. | Lead saved A lead: Class 10 maths, CBSE, evenings, call back after 9. |
| “Riya won't make it today, she has a fever.” | A current student's parent from an unknown number: matches your rule, puts it through, or takes a message during a batch. | A message: “Riya absent today, fever.” |
| “Sir, our learning app can double your enrolments.” | Declines politely and asks them to remove your number. | Handled One line in your Calls list. |
| “Please, it's urgent, my son had an accident outside the class.” | Puts the call through at once, and rings again if you miss it. | Put through as urgent Your phone rings straight away. |
Your front desk, from a short description of your business
Your name, what you do, the areas, the hours, and the questions people ask with the answers you want given. RingJini answers from that, and only that.
What callers get answered
- Which classes and boards? From your details: the classes, subjects and boards you teach.
- What are the timings? From your details: your batch times.
- What are the fees? Only what you choose to share; otherwise, you'll confirm.
- Can we come for a demo class? Takes when they'd like to be called back.

What people in your position ask
Can parents of current students still reach me?
Save their numbers as contacts and they ring as normal. For the ones you haven't saved, a rule like “parents of current students: always put through” tells RingJini what to do when a caller says whose parent they are.
What happens during a batch?
Write it as a rule: “During batches, take messages unless it's urgent.” RingJini takes the message and you read it at the break. Emergencies still ring.
Does it speak Hindi?
English, Hindi and Hinglish, switching with the caller. More languages are on the list.
