Every customer call answered. No loan pitch, ever again.
When your personal number is your business number, you can't ignore unknown calls. RingJini answers them as your business, tells new customers what they need to know, saves the enquiry as a lead, and rings you only when it's worth it.
What's wrong with answering everything
Half your unknown calls are customers
The other half are loans and property offers. You can't tell which until you pick up.
You're busy when the client calls
On a site, with a patient, in a class, driving. They call the next name on their list.
A receptionist costs a salary
RingJini answers from the details you give it, through the night and on Sundays, and never puts a customer on hold.
The rules you'd write
Type them as you'd say them. RingJini shows you how it understood each one before it saves it.
- New customers: answer from my business details and take their name, need, budget and area
- Existing clients: always put through
- Suppliers and vendors: take a message unless it's urgent
- After 8 pm: take messages, ring me only if it's urgent
- Never: loans, credit cards, property offers
